Two things coming up this week-end regarding our meeting schedule. First is the end of Daylight Savings Time where we “Fall Back” to Central Standard Time. Move your clocks back 1 hour on Saturday night before you go to bed. Second, after a vote by the congregation, we are moving our evening worship time to 5:00 p.m. That will start Sunday. Some have asked if we are changing the worship time in conjunction with the time change and the answer is no. It will stay at 5:00 p.m.  It will not go back to 6:00 in the spring.

GRIEF SHARE-On Monday nights, in conjunction with Monday Night For The Master we have been involved with Grief-Share, a biblically based program to help those who are struggling with grief over the loss of a loved one. We are scheduled for 13 weeks, but considering the holidays the next two months, our MNFTM schedule will be altered a bit. Also, we will break into that 13 week schedule with a stand alone session by the same Grief Share folks called Surviving the Holidays. That will take place on Monday, November 18. Please make note of that time, and if you’re not involved in the 13 week program but you’re interested in this one time session, please come join us. I would ask you to register though, so we can know how many will be there and will have enough materials.
